Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for size or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive:

• a damaged product, or

• an incorrect item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly share:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or video of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same product at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
